Makro theft of fridge- no refund or feedback

OD*** I bought a Hisense fridge and vacuum cleaner online and cancelled it the next day because Makro had the wrong adress on file. They only cancelled the vacuum cleaner when I called and they stated that I cannot change the adress. I called the again to cancel the fridge as they failed to do so. I never received a cancellation letter for the fridge and subsequently they tried to deliver the fridge anyway after multiple attempts to cancel it. I don’t live at that adress anymore so I let the gate security send it back. The courier after two days saved it as delivered. I never received the fridge or the refund and have called the caller centre 5 times as well as the warehouse with no feedback or anybody trying to help me. Case reference OP1NB1N They have now ****** my funds and I don’t have a fridge. PLEASE HELP!!!!! I laid a claim at the consumer protection act ***
