MAKRO THE WORST! THE KIDS AT NEW JERUSALEM ARE STILL WAITING!!!!

If i could rate Makro a zero, I would. I placed an online order in July for Mandela day. The beneficiary is NEW JERUSALEM, an orphanage in Tembisa that takes care of abandon children. Most of the order was NOT delivered, to date, some of it was cancelled by the store. I've emailed, called and moaned since placing the order but no one in MAKRO can help. All I want is for the balance of the order to be cancelled. I will go to PNP and purchase the food items. I even called today, waited 15 minutes on the phone, and one picked up. I'm NOT IN A MAKRO MOOD, I'LL NEVER BE. The service is pathetic! How do you, as a HUGE CORPERATE, provide such **** service? These are children that are waiting for lentils to be delivered so they can eat a meal, whilst you as managers, CEO's CFO's, COO's.... indulge in only God knows what and go to bed with a full stomach!!!!! Do better MAKRO. Cancel my order please. Refund me, so I can do right by these children.
