MAKRO – THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

I am not sure if anyone out there had such a bad experience with MAKRO delivery as I have. I would never, ever recommend this outdated process to deliver products from different suppliers. I ordered 12 items, some X 2. MAKRO put 5 separate deliveries due to products sent from different locations. One item after two weeks of waiting was cancelled. One item was damaged during delivery but the courier guy never admitted. I only discovered residue of the product at the bottom of the box. Does it all sound like 21 century progress?!

The MAKRO logistics system it’s the worst in South Africa, no wonder they are losing customers and as a result of that, the money.

Whoever is in charge of the Online delivery department should take note of my comments, if they are even reading customer reports.

One extremely disappointed customer, is still waiting for a refund.
