MAKRO THE WORST ONLINE SERVICE EVER!!!

Makro's online service is thee worst. I bought a deep fryer online more than 3 weeks ago, the very next day after the delivery I logged a return as the product was way smaller than advertised. I've been call for 3 weeks as no courier collected up until today, 25/03/2025. Everytime I call I get told that the turn around time is 24 - 72 hours, it's been 3 weeks and still nothing. The agents are rude and ***********, they either put the phone down on you or they keep you waiting and never return to the call. I would advise anybody, not to purchase anything from Makro online as their service sucks and you will never get your product returned and I assume that you will never get your refund either. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MAKRO ONLINE!!!!!
