Makro - The Worst Online Buying Site On The Planet!

If i could i would give this useless bunch a minus 100 I would, I ordered and paid for my goods online, received a mail that delivery would happen on 03 October 2024, also received a call requesting if i will be available on the 3rd of October to receive my delivery, I confirmed. Nothing arrived, i sat waiting for an entire day, nothing arrived, wasted valuable time. I then received a call late afternoon if i would be at home on the 4th of October 2024 as they will be delivering my order, again i sat and wasted an entire day - nothing.. and low and behold I again received a call asking if I will be available on 05 October as they will delivering my order. !!! I called their so called client assistance and the Montague Gardens branch, I called their client help line in Johannesburg two hrs of my phone time down the drain, complete waste of time, one assistant told me nobody is answering their phones so she cant help me, the next said it will be delivered on 05 October, the next one in Jhb said it will be delivered the following week...all a bunch of lies !!!. Promised to phone me back, still waiting... I can go into detail about this pathetic bunch, just a waste of my and your valuable time - the answer is simple STAY FAR AWAY FROM BUYING ANYTHING FROM MAKRO ONLINE - YOU WILL REGRET IT...!!!!
