Makro The worst Company yet

I ordered a gell eggsitter cushion from Makro online The cushion was sent to Cape Gate boulevard which is not the address for Makro Had two days if frustration to sort out and when courier delivered their online kiosk did not want to accept parcel When I got to Makro the wrong item was sent When I informed them I was told to sort the problem out the supplier and it was not Makro's problem I was told to book a return but the manager at Makro Cape gate told me she had booked a return and I would get a refund from the supplier Five days later I contacted the online store and was informed that the item was still at Makro Cape gate I tried booking an online return without success Now it seems that Makro is not willing to take responsibility and after numerous call im still not able to book a return and not getting any help from Makro I paid Makro for an item the advertised but after paying for it its not their problem if the item is wrong or how it should be returned Order nr MAK*** Never ever will I order anything from Makro online again The worst communication and service I have experienced from a company I give them a minus ten in any scale
