Makro the ***** among us

My experience is not unique, but just another one of customer exploitation regarding Makro the giant in the industry and robbing me, the ant in the industry, who is the the customer. Last week I bought a laptop. When I returned the laptop the next day. They did n't want to take it back, reasoning the seal has been broken, although I didnt used it. If I have to return it, then I must pay R800 for them to accept it. Although, they have a two weeks return policy, but its not applicable in this case. But nobody told me about it. The laptop is ****ty, its asus vivo note book and its a packard bell make, no wonder they dont want to take it back. It was dumped here in the beloved country of Africa. It have a feel of a 1990 model. Anyway its Makro that dont want to accept the return of the product if you dont pay the penalty fee.

So Peter talk to Makro, because I want my money back. Shawn PS... I am typing the message from the ****ty laptop.
