Makro the shop from hell

I bought a fridge from the Makro online store. The date was the 29-01-2018. Today is the 07-02-2018, everyday I call I get told we will deliver tomorrow. Now their very incompitance is holding me ransom. If I ask for a refund I must wait for 2-3 days based on their level of professionalism thus far hell will freeze over before get that refund. I essentially donated my hard earned money to them. Lesson learned rather pay what ever other shops are offering their products for then buy a Makro. You will have peace of mind at the end of the day and that is more important that a few extra bucks in you bank account
