Makro, the Nightmare

I have ordered from Makro online six times. What a HUGE mistake to have ever started.

8 July, first order, went well. 15 July second order, one of the two items were not available thus had to buy it at a more expensive price somewhere else. 20 July two items received as ordered. 26 July from the two items, one was the wrong color, I had to accept it as it was bough with intention and can't wait for their return timeframes. 3 September ordered two things, none of the two products are available after payment. I am waiting for the repayment after almost ten days. 6 September, the wrong item were deliver. Paid R499 and they deliver a R255 item. Now you have to wait for them to come and get the wrong item and then the correct one will be send, who knows when. (I honestly have to hope and pray because it is a risk I took).

I would NOT recommend Makro to anyone. If you want something from Makro go to the shop. Whatever you do, done EVER buy online. Please spare yourself the frustration.
