MAKRO-THE MOST UNCARING COMPANY IN SA

Faulty product returned to Makro Online for assessment by manufacturer. Makro sent it to the wrong supplier. Advised them on 20 September of the mistake and when I followed up 2 weeks later I was told that the case had been closed. By today, 20 October, the item has still not been collected for redistribution to the correct supplier. ONE MONTH OF NO ACTION! 😟
