Makro - The most disgusting service

I placed an order on 06 February 2020 via Mako Online. The website clearly stated delivery will be completed withing 2-5 days. The tracker illustrates the order as being collected although I did not receive a pin as yet. The customer care advised the one system reflect the order as being collected while the other system reflects DSV did not collect the order for delivery. Makro offers the most disgusting service. I certainly will not recommend
