I wish i was able to rate a 0.

I placed order MAK*** online on the 7th of April 2020.

A few days later i was called and it was mentioned that suddenly there was no stock of 1 of the items and that 1 item needed to be altered slightly. I agreed.

I then received an email that 3 items were cancelled and would be refunded, okay fine.

A week later i received an email that another item was cancelled. At this point im irritated and send an email.

I then get a call from a very snotty woman saying i messed up the order online by selecting cape gate store instead of JHB Store. Where do you even select a store for online shopping?????? Why does it take 2 weeks to notice a problem???? And why does a JHB order get dispatched to Stellenbosch????

And why oh why oh why does 2-5 delivery days take me from the 7th of April,to now,the 21st of April, with still no delivery????

Why does Makro advertise the convenience of being available during the lockdown for essentials, when i cant get my order of cat food,baby formula and nappies, which are all dire essentials?

Ive now had to go to another store to buy formula and nappies because i ran out because im STILL waiting for my order.

And what does Makro do? Blame me.

This is highly unacceptable .
