Makro the ***********

I placed an order on the 28th of February. It was packed on the 29th of February. As per Makros policy it stated 2-5 working days for delivery.

It is The 11th of March and still no delivery. I logged numerous complaints. I've spent more money on airtime phoning them than I would have just going to fetch it myself.

Everyday the lady is "opening a new ticket".

I got a phonecall from them yesterday saying they promise it will be delivered today.

Surprise surprise. They've done jack squat.

Now I'm sure I'll receive a reply stating they'll get back to me in 24-48 hours.

Makro is either *********** or they cutting down costs n employing **** shacks to run their business.

After this I'll be taking my business to GAME.
