MAKRO - TERRIBLE SERVICE - ONLINE PURCHASE

What a terrible experience with Makro online - order was placed and because 2 items, was a split delivery. I just cannot get it right to get the second delivery; emails go unanswered most of the time and the Call Centre has no idea. Have asked for the MD email address but obviously that has never been supp****. Delivery is still outstanding
