Makro terrible service

Makro online is just terrible. On the 28th of December I placed an order at makro online and I recieved an email that my order will be delivered by the 31st of December. On the day of delivery the courier company could not reach me because I changed numbers. I then updated my contact and have since failed to deliver. I then called them to cancel the order and get my refund but that did not happen because two days later I received an email stating they couldn't reach me for delivery. I called again and asked why is my order not canceled because their consultant confirmed she has canceled the order. Up to this day the 13th of January 2025 I have not yet received communication or anything from makro online despite the several calls I made to get my order delivered. I offered to collect and they still told me I cannot because my order was placed online for delivery. 😡😡😡😡
