Makro terrible service delivery

I have been struggling since before Christmas 2023 with Makro to pay back my money for a double payment made online. I sent all the information required of me and still nothing was sorted. I also called on countless occasions in the passed only to be put on hold but the line gets cut and nobody calls back.

I got through today the 9th January 2024 only to be placed on hold again and to find out that nothing was processed or done in regards of this matter. Once again I was told that the matter will be escalated.

This is extremely pathetic service from a big company.
