MAKRO TERRIBLE SERVICE, AS ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday i tried to purchase a dishwasher online that was on promotion, but was giving me technical error upon processing payment & yes there was more than enough funds in my account, i called the call centre they said i must try again later, which i did but gave me the same error, so i tried again this morning but now there were only 3 packs of the tablets available & not 4 as per promotion, again i called the customer care but was of no help they did escalate the matter reference number 919005 & i did tell them that the promo ends today so i need to order this today, now when i tried again to make the purchase online there is no stock. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MAKRO!!!!!!!!! I WOULD RATHER PURCHASE FROM GAME OR HIRSCHS & NOT MAKRO WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT LOSING OUT ON R8500 AS I WAS GOING TO PURHCASE A CELLPHONE AS WELL!!!!!!!
