Makro terrible service and false advertising of product

Ordered the below for my daughter who is moving into her first place on her own. When delivered today only a Headboard was delivered with no bedframe as advertised in the image as well as the product description. I called the Makro Online Support Centre and had to deal with a very rude person who would only give me his first name as Molama. Ho spoke over me and did not even know the Makro returns policy. He also argued that the advertised promotion item was a Headboard only and that I had not read properly. This has turned me off Makro completely. This was the advert below and the image was of the headboard and base all in velvet. Unfortunately I cannot post the image here it seems. But this is complete false advertising in my opinion.
