Makro: Terrible service and blatant lies

Please do NOT buy stuff from Makro online! They do NOT deliver 2-5 business days - it is a blatant lie. Their service is terrible and their call centre agents have no idea what they are doing! I phoned and spoke to Richard. He promised to get back to me, but did not, so another lie. I emailed and got a reply from Jabulile. Another promise to get back to me, but nothing, so **** again. I phoned again and spoke to Nthabiseng. This one got into an argument with me, refused to give me her manager's surname, refused to put me through to someone else and eventually threw down the phone in my ear. Disgusting. And after more than a week they have my money and I have nothing!
