Makro: terrible service and assistance

We had no service in the isles and when we asked for someone to help they said we must go back to our isle where there is no service. Then at the till you can only purchase if you have a makro card. Then we asked at the till for items we were looking for and they told us to go back to the isle. Zero assistance or customer support. Not worth it and prices were almost double kn some items compared to takealot and mambos.
