Makro Terrible Service

Makro give the worst returns service in the country.

I bought appliances online, the fridge was delivery with a defect I logged a return on the app and after a few exchanges with their customer care I was informed they would contact me from distribution. Then they sent me an email saying they are rejecting the return because "No feedback from customer" I must have been taking to a ghost then.
