Makro Terrible Service
Been waiting 7 business days for what should have taken 2-5 days. Phoned 4 times since Saturday and now they want to tell me there might not be stock. asked to speak to supervisor and was placed on hold

24 Apr 2023, 13:31**** It has been 5 days and not a soul has contacted me!! I was on the phone again for 27min38sec today and still the problem has not been resolved. Seem there is not a single competent soul in Makro. no I hear Than CENTURION who accepted the order does not have stock of 2 items and wants to refund me. I was in the store yesterday and they had 2 of the 1 item on the shelf. Phoned woodmead to confirm they have 5 of the other item in stock. And because some fat lazy branch manager of CENTURION does not want to hand over the invoice to another store they just want to process a refund. After giving all this information to the call center agent she just wanted to escalate the situation. I again asked for a supervisor and 27min later no supervisor.
