Makro terrible service
I ordered online from Makro. First the payment went through and it did not register on their side so I got in touch with them, they sorted it out. I then got an email to say that my order was handed over to the courier on the 10 September. It is the 18 September, no one has contacted me with regards to my order. I sent 2 emails to find out when my order will arrive. They finally got back to me a day later claiming that I was not home and I did not answer my phone can I provide them with an alternative number. I work from home so I'm always home and I'm waiting for my delivery so I always pick up my phone. The service thus far has been terrible.

I finally received my order. When I was unpacking I found one of the big bags had been opened and I'm missing a small bag. I ordered six big bags and only got five.
So far my experience with you has been an unpleasant one.
