Makro: Terrible Online Service!

Hi there,

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I've been experiencing with my recent online purchase from Makro. Unfortunately, the items delivered to me were not what I had selected, which has been quite disappointing.

I've logged numerous requests for Makro to collect the incorrect items, as I'm not permitted to return them to the store directly. However, this collection process is taking an unreasonably long time and has been quite frustrating.

Given my experience, I cannot recommend using the Makro online platform for purchases. The service has been horrific, and I hope this feedback can help improve your processes and customer experience in the future.
