Makro Terrible Online

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve. I ordered a TV #MAK*** and the promised delivery date was 30 December 2024. I have been escalating my matter multiple times. And even spoke to a manager who said they would call me back from the Woodmead branch. I have received no contact and from now on I will never order from Makro again. I made my order online for convenience but clearly they do not care about their customer experience! Terrible terrible terrible. I only ordered knowing when I would get. For any prospective users a suggest you use a different store to get your goods.
