Makro Terrible customer service

I have bought a Polaroid Kids tracker watch from Makro Polokwane in September 2017 and it has never worked a day. I have taken it back for repairs two times and the problems keep changing. People at Makro told me the second time I took it back that i held on to it for too long and I explained to them that I don't reside in Polokwane and I don't come to Polokwane often. The third time I brought it back they said it is out of warantty and I overheard them telling the person from Polaroid that the watch was taken back for wrong reasons but the customer says it's is doing the same thing all the others have been doing. I told them that I don't want the watch anymore and I demand my money back and they refused to refund me. I don't know what to do to remedy this situation with Makro Polokwane because they want to insist that I keep the watch that doesn't work even when I tell them that I have bought my daughter another watch. Makro Polokwane and Polaroid knows that their product is faulty at best and is not doing what its advertised to do but they want me to forfit my money by hook or *****.
