Makro terrible customer service 😡

The customer service at Makro is appalling to say the least. I purchased a Samsung washing machine last year in October (2023), in less than 14 days I took the machine back because I was not happy with the product. Instead of taking back the washing machine, they referred me to Samsung which is also terrible at customer service because they never did anything about my claim after a back and forth for about 2 months. Now I’m sitting with a washing machine that I don’t use in my house. Makro says you can return goods within 14 days of purchase should you not be happy with the purchase but they failed to extend that courtesy to me!
