Makro terrible call center manager

I have an issue with a trojan elite gym 2.0 and after been given the run around by trojan i was told to call makro. after calling makro and asking to speak to a manager the manager did not want to speak to me instead relayed a message through the call center agent. Firslty they sell poor quality trojan products and then they make the atter worst with the service (even from a manager)
