Makro - terrible after-sales service!

I requested a call-back regarding my dishwasher that I purchased that needed repairs under its warranty, however I was never contacted by Makro. After phoning them and having to wait on the line for more than 30mins, I received a reference number and was told that I would be contacted by the technicians. I was never contacted.
