Makro team is unprofessional and disorganized they care less about customers i have need seen a relaxed staff like their staff

I placed an order of a washing machine on the 2nd of March 2026 they promised to deliver on the 5th March 2026 but they did not , i decided to cancel but they don't want to assist me they are telling me that i must contact Montague Gardens makro the store doesn't want to assist me at all i have been trying to call and sending emails they are not responding at all.
