Makro Taking My Money *******ly And Not Paying It Back

I visited makro and made a purchase on the 9 December, I made payment with my card and left the store, makro debit me again on the 12 December *******ly, when I contact my bank they told me Makro has banked my cash, now my account is overdrawn I have no cash, and makro and standard bank are coming with stories. The 12 of December on Saturday when I saw the transaction SMS I immediately went to my bank got statements and went to the store I purchased my good at. I waited a really long time and the accounts woman called me in only said to me that the issue will be resolved on Monday (14 December 2020 or latest 15 December 2020). On Sunday 13 December 2020 I received a payment form Makro Refund but that was not the complete amount that was taken from my account and there was a deduction from Makro that came off AGAIN. My bank account is now in a minus and I am really considering taking legal action. I really didn't want to come to here and do this but I'm not getting any where talking straight to the branch accounts and I've been sending Emails and calling since Monday and nothing has happened.
