Makro taking money and not delivering.

If I could give zero starts I would.

I have ordered a product for black Friday; money went off my account all nice. Product arrived and when my family member wanted to take the ownership of the product the delivery driver said no the order was cancelled, they have to take it back.... now why were you at the location if the order was cancelled?

Been emailing Makro silly with not a single response this is the level of professionalism and respect they have for their customers. Despicable.

Let's see if they react now....
