Makro taking me for a ride

i am very disspaonted client in the way Makro contact centre handle matter , im due for refund because Makro they couldn't deliver to my expectation and was promised my refund since 19th Aug till this day i have not received my funds . to all the call centre staff they so helpless and claim they do not have manager

i urge you all not to do online purchase with Makro the worst experience ever, they do not respond to email and they will never do a follow up with you. No line managers to assist
