Makro takes your money without delivering the products ever
It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and the incorrect items were delivered. And Makro refuses to deliver the correct ones. Emails go unanswered, customer care just keeps 'escalating the matter' and when you complain on social media platforms you also just get empty promises of the matter being escalated. Makro this cannot go on like this. You are actively taking client's money without delivering and it is not okay.

13 Dec 2021, 19:09Good day. Nozy Mganto promised me that they would deliver the correct products today, but clearly that was just a lie as nothing arrived today. Makro when are you going to deliver my products or refund me? I honestly don't know what I can do to get you to simply deliver what I paid for?

21 Dec 2021, 16:14After almost a month of waiting I finally got the correct products. No thanks to Nozy Mganto who never came back to me. A thank you has to go to Dirk from the Alberton store, it was not even his department yet he was the one who finally assisted me after me calling a ridiculous number of times.
