Makro takes your money and doesn't delivery your groceries

I placed an online order for essential items for myself, two kids and my elderly parents, as I wanted to limit my exposure to such a large shop during this time. When we placed this order we took note of the expected delivery of 5-7 working day. This was fine. I paid for the items, over R4500 and waited and waited and waited. When I called no one answered, I used the chat bot on Whatsapp, which is useless and I emailed. No response. I called every day into week 2 until someone answered. They said the store was out of stock of some of the items and didn't know when they would get more. I told them to cancel the out of stock items and to proceed with the rest, as we were running out of the necessary items and had paid for them, so we didn't have more money to buy elsewhere. It took them 4 days to cancel everything and invoice me. When I called and asked for the expected delivery date now, they still didn't know. I am still waiting for the delivery of these essential items that both households urgently need and no money has been refunded for the items that we cancelled. I think in this time of crisis it is disgusting that such a large supermarket chain is so woefully ill-equipped to handle this order and has no communication between the different departments involved. I want my groceries delivered or my money bac**** This is very URGENT!!
