Makro takes too long for refund

I bought a fridge online (MAK***). Ordered on Sunday- was delivered on Monday. Brilliant service. I wasn’t happy with it so I logged a return - which was fetched 28th June, as I want to buy a bigger fridge from Makro. Was told 5 working days for refund (it’s now 8 working days)…I’m without a fridge…and I just want the credit to my online profile so that I can buy a bigger fridge that’s almost double the price. I want to give Makro more business…but can’t do so.
