Makro takes a a lifetime to deliver!!!

I am so disappointment with Makro online. I have placed an online order on the 18th of April and they only delivered half of the order. today (25 April) I followed up with their customer care and they don't seem to locate the rest of my order. What is upsetting is that the groceries I bought were for an event that starts tomorrow. How complicated can it be to deliver groceries in 2023!!!!!
