Makro system failures
During the black Friday sale, I attempted to purchase the Bosch oven and hob set from makro. Their website presented me with multiple issues especially when I attempted to make payment on 5 different occassions. I resorted to going into the store here in strubensvalley. In store I was advised that they have 1 unit left which is being held for another customer. I was then asked to rather go online and try again. Absolutely terrible service from you. Your online issues have resulted in me being unable to make my purchase. And why are you holding stock for customers?
