Makro supplier of defective products

Makro are committing ***** by suppling defective products and not providing a refund within the specified period that warrants a returns. A laptop was purchased and received on the 22nd Feb 2022 and a refund was submitted on the 23rd Feb 2022 till today Makro will not accepts that they are liable by the consumer protection act and do not want to refund however I have phoned numerous times to the call center and they are rude and unhelpful when I phone managers do not want to speak to me I am a pensioner and do not need this hassle in my life.
