MAKRO SUCKS-VERY POOR AFTER SERVICE

Bought a Mercer 2.4kVA 1440W 24v DC-AC Inverter IVR-2400LBKS on the 24 June, firstly box was damaged but still accepted delivery. Now unit is tripping my DB boxes intermittently so i decided to get an electrician to come have a look as to why my DB intermittently trips. He did his test and confirmed that this inverter was the issue and from the time we disconnected the inverter the DB never tripped.Logged online return which was collected on the 15 Nov, and then waited, 02 Dec still no feedback which i then decided to called the call center to find out what's happening, When they checked she said the Tec is still working with it, then at 15:07 i receive an email stating return rejected. I responded to the email on the same day at 16:00, no response received from them, but today 04 Dec the faulty unit was returned to me without a proper feedback or response to my mail. When i called the call center they said they cannot help me as unit has been rejected. I will never buy another item from Makro as these guys don't care for their customers, and the service and quality of their products are extremely poor as they use third party suppliers without vetting them properly. Makro sucks, guys you need to get you act together.Very dissapointing as i have now lost R3699 which i am very unhappy about.
