MAKRO SUCKS

For such a bad service to be attached to such a big name is a total disgrace!!Makro should just leave online shopping to other retailers. I made an order 7 July till today the order is on progress,call centre useless because u will always be told matter is escalated. Made order July 26 promised delivery in 3 days to no avail, called in to be told matter escalated, making follow up today...apparently the TV is out of stock .. As if this is not enough,I have to wait for my refund process to be complete which may take 14 working days. Try to escalate matter to head office, phone just rings,Norman Bailey not answering

Makro sucks big time, not to mention inconvenience and unprofessional DONT BE FOOLED BY THE BIG NAME!!!
