Makro sucks at delivering online purchases

Worst online experience ever. I bought a couch online, they promised 2 to 5 days, 14 days later no couch, no phone fall from Makro to apologise.Means they are not monitoring their online purchases and promises. I calld obvisously requested a refund. Still no refund to date.Makro should just pack their bags and get off online market for anythng xcept grocery
