Makro sucks

I've always heard of how useless and pathetic Makro customer service and their online services are but like a fool I gave this business the benefit and ordered, wow big mistake. Ordered on March 2, delivery was for the 8 March and guess what no delivery and no response from their customer care. What's worse is calling their customer care is a waste of your precious time, spoke to this one named Faith , totally useless, chained system was down and she would escalate the matter, highly doubt it though spend the entire time breathing through the phone and not saying word , like I said totally useless. These people don't reply to their email and you call numerous times and get systematic response from employees that sound like they hate their jobs. Oh I wished I never made this order , I want my money back! They don't even deserve this one star rating.
