Makro Sucks

Bought a R4000 worth of items at Makro. Returned the Phillips mixer and my son's Buccaneer school shoes. Get to the unfriendly cashier and they say they need to book in the mixer..... I ask them who explains to you about the 14 day exchange warranty???? They say nobody...... They call the appliance manager and he says the same thing..... So I don't live next door to Makro..... The more I'm explaining to him the more they arrogant about booking it in for repairs.... And next door I hear a man bringing back an item for the 3rd time.... Makro you suck big time for exchanges and refunds.... Your people treated us as *****s...... Who is going to see to my expenditure to drive up and down to find out regarding a credit..... You Are a Joke..... And I asked for the overall manager Heinrich Lilly and he doesn't pitch.... No terms and conditions were explained.....
