Makro sucks

Makro has the worst delivery service ever. I purchased a washing machine online on Thursday0204 , on Friday morning I received an sms that it will be delivered before 6pm it never arrived , I checked the tracking link the date changed to Sat 4th but till today I haven’t received it . when I call their customer care number yesterday the consultant said I should expect it today 0704 but when I called now they say they don’t know what happened and they can’t say when I’ll receive my washing machine
