Makro sucks

I placed an order on the 17th of September 2024 , today it is the 17th of October, my order status is still saying packed. I have called numerous times and been getting no assistance but stories , I call everyday to cancel this order but it is still not cancelled…. I've wasted a good portion of my time and sanity and spent a ton of money on airtime, holding on forever, whilst all their *********** call center staff can say is "Sorry, we don't know what's going on, but it's been escalated, and someone will call you back." which never happens. , I just want to be refunded, so that I do not need to deal with your ineffectual staff ever again in my life.
