I went to Makro Strubens alley to collect my order I had to wait for 3 hours after oder was paid on the 3rd of March and collection date is the 11th Pop was sent due to the stuff not taking their job seriously my email was ignored. Even the security guards they rude I asked for help they all ignored me and continued chatting.

Training your stuff about treating customer they clueless and their behavior is unacceptable
