Makro Stubens Valley

I called national Makro (very pleasant call) following up on my order I am then directed to call Makro Stubens Valley ( NOW THESE GUYS REALLY KNOW HOW TO NOT TREAT A CUSTOMER WELL, YOU AVOID GOING TO THE STORE BECAUSE OF THE sh _ t SERVICE,YOU GO ON-LINE STILL sh _ t SERVICE). I call, I hold for 30minutes! I am told that my order has not left the store, this is 5 days after Makro's 2-5 day delivery promise. On top of all this all inconvenience this, this scoundrel askes me to go in-store to pick up my order ( the audacity, after I paid for the service).

The staff at this store feels like they doing you a favour, lack of service is ridiculous in-store and on-line.
