Makro Strydom Park

Went to purchase Goods at Makro Strydom Park on Tuesday to take advantage of the Pensioners Discount and what a disappointment it was. No discount received. The Managers that tried to address my query was so disgusting that it was enough to make me puke. They had a bad attitude and gave me excuse after excuse. No one could explain as to why the Discount was not app****. One set of goods were priced above the marked price which they changed and the excuse of why I did not get the discount was that if there is a price adjustment made I was not entitled to the discount. Then when I inquired about the bulk purchase of the other tinned Products they said that these were not included. So were all the other items purchased. I gave up on the excuses and walked out. Makro really need to train the Managers and to instruct them to get the chip off their shoulders. This is the last time I will ever visit this store again.
