Makro strubensvalley usless

Went instore to by a appliance, paid in full with extended warranty. We agreed on a date of delivery as I only have someone available on a Tuesday, they pitched up the Monday and I explained to them this was arranged for Tuesday there is no on available to accept the delivery, Tuesday comes and at about 1pm, I haven't received a notification they are on their way, called the store，the appliance is back at the store they haven't sent it out again.

Spoke to the dispatch they said they making a plan to get this delivered the same day it will be there the evening, I told them this is fine as it has to be Tuesday, Tuesday has gone they came to deliver Wednesday, I told them there is no on available but I will make a plan to try and from work earlier which is in Centurion, I have made multiple calls to the store and the call centre and everyone keeps promising to call back and nothing

If you just followed a simple instruction and do what is supposed to have been done we wouldn't have this right now
